Conference Theme: This year, we are "Celebrating Simulation and Technology" . It has been 10 years - 2010 to 2020 - that Boise State University has partnered with the National League for Nursing to host the conference at Boise State University. This conference will focus on expertise on simulation and technology for anyone in the nursing profession. During this two-day gathering, Thursday, May 14 – Saturday, May 16, participants will explore current and future trends in simulation that will provide attendees with innovative strategies in designing and delivering simulation in technology. There will be something for everyone in health care education from academia to practice settings.
This is an interprofessional conference open to healthcare professionals and current as well as prospective students of athletic training, healthcare systems administration, healthcare systems engineering, medicine, nursing, physical therapy, social work, speech communication sciences and disorders, speech pathology, and other disciplines where simulation can be used for educational purposes.

In her keynote, Susan Gross Forneris PhD, RN, CNE, CHSE-A, FAAN, will start off with Moving Beyond Monologue: A Maker Space for Nurse Educators.
Plenary speaker Dena Higbee, EdS., MS, CHSE will then present Navigating the Paths of Implementing SPs into a Program.
The endnote address by Suzan Kardong-Edgren PhD, RN, ANEF, CHSE, FSSH, FAAN and Nicole Blodgett, PhD, RN will cover Simulation Workload: Overcoming Challenges & Future Growth.
